Five-year aged Mito no Kairakuen umeshu carries the front of the glass, with a little yuzu and a little elderflower alongside, and Okinawan awamori underneath all of it.
How it is built
The menu gives no pours for any of the four, and "a little" is as specific as it gets for the yuzu and elderflower, so that is what is written above rather than a guessed measurement. Smooth and fruity enough that the awamori does not announce itself. It catches up with you later.
