Hidari Chichi
Ingredients
- Lychee liqueur
- Elderflower liqueur
- Takara shochu
- Mio sparkling sake
- Edible pink glitter, for garnish
- Dried rosebud, for garnish
Glass: flute
Named for @hot4chichi, a regular at the bar, half Japanese, and wearing more glitter than anyone we have ever served.
Lychee liqueur and elderflower sit over Takara shochu, topped with Mio sparkling sake, finished with edible pink glitter and a dried rosebud. It comes in a flute.
How it is built
The menu does not give pours for any of the four ingredients, so there is no ratio to hand you here beyond the order they are named in: the shochu and the two liqueurs go in first, the sparkling sake goes on top. It is exactly as ridiculous as it sounds, and people keep ordering it.
