The SATO SHIKI Highball Lineup
Highballs are a big part of Japanese drinking culture, whisky and soda, done right, lets the whisky come through instead of getting buried. For this event we put together:
- Classic SATO SHIKI Highball — crisp and balanced
- Yuzu Citrus Highball — bright yuzu on top
- Hojicha Old Fashioned — roasted Japanese tea gives it a deep, aromatic edge
- A few SATO SHIKI cocktails built to show off the whisky's range
