Rebellion 25: CIVIATELIER Pop-Up Fundraiser at Izakaya Juraku

This event showcases CIVIATELIER, the innovative brand by Keisuke Tanaka (Kay). Discover Kay's original, handcrafted designs, created from carefully curated vintage clothing and upcycled fabrics.

CIVIATELIER has designed custom pieces for top artists, athletes, and celebrities, including KIDINK, HARDHEADED, and Cash Cobain. The brand challenges conventional fashion industry norms, advocating for sustainability, craftsmanship, and an essential dialogue about the future of fashion.

At the end of last year, CIVIATELIER's Instagram account was suddenly banned, causing the loss of its platform and a community of 14,000 followers. Although Kay remains committed to redefining fashion through sustainable creativity, the circumstances surrounding the brand have become increasingly difficult.

This event was organized to support the revival of CIVIATELIER, transforming discarded materials into unique works of art with the support of a like-minded community.

CIVIATELIER is a laboratory of reconstruction. It breathes new life into things that were meant to be discarded. This is neither just recycling nor simple upcycling. This is a rebellious art form. Through destruction and creation, Kay turns the unwanted into something people actually want to wear.

We presented the first auction of the Rebellion 25 series, a new initiative from CIVIATELIER, at Izakaya Juraku. This groundbreaking event united fashion, art, and sustainability.
