The Story Behind Pa'Lante Rum

Pa'Lante is New York-made, built around Caribbean rum traditions with its own spin. The name means "forward" in Spanish, which fits the brand's approach, pushing rum in new directions without losing the traditions it comes from. Each batch is distilled with sustainability in mind, using thoughtfully sourced ingredients.

Pa'Lante Blanco Rum

• Bright and fresh, with tropical fruit, vanilla, and citrus notes
• Smooth, with a crisp, clean finish

Pa'Lante Reposado Rum

• Aged several months in oak barrels, picking up warm caramel, spice, and toasted vanilla
• More complex, good for sipping or in spirit-forward cocktails
• Pairs well with smoky, umami-heavy Japanese dishes
