It's aged in barrels that once held Japanese craft IPA, and the result is an unexpected but genuinely harmonious mix of hoppy citrus bitterness and mellow malt sweetness.

What Makes It Special

Kanosuke Distillery is known for pushing the boundaries with experimental aging techniques, and this release is a great example. It's finished in barrels previously used for Minami Satsuma IPA, adding floral hop aromas, citrus zest, and bitter spice to Kanosuke's signature soft, round, coastal character.
