Nissin Shurui Sudachi Shochu — Bright, Citrus, and Easy to Drink
Some drinks are meant to be complex.
This isn’t one of them.
This is clean, citrusy, and made to be crushed.
We just brought in Nissin Shurui Sudachi Shochu at Juraku.
What is Sudachi Shochu?
This is a shochu-based drink infused with sudachi, a small Japanese citrus from Tokushima.
Sudachi is sharper and more aromatic than lemon or lime. It has a distinct freshness that hits immediately but doesn’t linger too heavy.
Nissin Shurui takes that citrus and blends it into a light, approachable shochu base.
